We use your information to operate and improve Steadfast, generate creative drafts, deliver performance insights from your connected accounts, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
When you connect a third-party ad account, we access data from that account solely to provide the features you request (creative drafting, organization, and performance insights). We do not use your connected account data for any other client's benefit.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate Steadfast (such as payment processing via Stripe, hosting, and analytics), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
