Steadfast Creative Management, operated by Homes By Shayne LLC (19775 Henning Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044), provides AI-assisted advertising creative generation, campaign organization, and performance insights, delivered through a web application.
Steadfast drafts creative and organizes campaign data. It does not autonomously publish ads or manage ad spend on your behalf — all publishing actions require explicit review and approval by an authorized user on your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must have authority to connect any third-party ad accounts you link to the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Custom (Agency) plans are billed per the terms of a separate written agreement.
You retain ownership of your brand assets, briefs, and campaign data. You grant Steadfast a license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of connected ad platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms and advertising policies. You are responsible for ensuring your campaigns and creative comply with those policies.
We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes (such as click-through rates, conversions, or return on ad spend). Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, budget, audience, and platform policies.
Steadfast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homes By Shayne LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance. Questions can be sent to hello@steadfastcreativemanagement.com.
